BREATH-WORK
Breathwork supports the whole body system to come to a place of deeper balance, therefore facilitating a greater capacity
CREATIVE AND ARTISTIC PRACTICE
Nothing reconnects us more to soul than creative and artistic practice, supporting shift from left brain to right brain activity and creating clear creative windows in business as usual.
REFLECTIVE LIFE PRACTICE
Reflective practice supports us to see our past more clearly, the journey we’ve been on, to meet what needs to be met, and release what still binds us.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE AND MYO-FACIAL RELEASE
The day includes two massage sessions, to support the body to anchor into the shift.
TEA AND/OR CACAO
We work during the day with creating small rituals with organic substances that in different ways support subtle state shifts. Certain teas and cacao have a profound shift to the subtle senses of our minds and our hearts.
BODY-MIND CLEARING
This work focuses on the mind body connection and what can often become stuck in the space between the two. We work with clearing the body mind connection through journalling and somatic practices.
Location
Mulberry House, Turkiye
Mulberry House is the home of our founder Dom Bury. Dom lived in Turkey for two years before buying Mulberry House.
Mulberry House is nestled at the top of the mountain, overlooking the Patara flats and out to the Mediterranean Sea.
Dom has intentionally created the space as a place for Soulful Shift, a place where people can retreat to, rest in and be inspired by. His own home is aimed to reflect the philosophy of soulful shift.
The space consists of a main house and a creative space, where the retreat will be held. Participants are housed in other villas surrounding the property.
