Soulful moves includes a process of consultation, making space, preparing for departure, crossing the threshold, arriving home, dwelling and rooting.
Soulful Move +
Soulful Move + includes all the elements of Soulful move, but builds in our service home recreation.
Home Recreation focuses on supporting you to more deeply dwell in your home, listening where and how certain spaces in your home can be recreated to support this.
We support you to feel creatively inspired with how your life could feel with a newly created home space, and how that new home space could also ripple out and support others areas of your life.

A Rite of Passage
Soulful Move: A Rite of Passage includes all of the elements of Soulful Move, but includes a bespoke one day retreat to support you to more fully land into your home, and step into your new life.
This retreat combines a number of different elements including massage and myo-fasical release, reflective practice, body-mind clearing work, creative and artistic practice, tea and cacao ceremony, future vision work, guided movement and meditation, and more.
Our clients tell us this is incredibly rich, nourishing, and supportive to the process of landing in a new home and making a shift in their life.
